We love nothing more than throwing an unforgettable birthday party – and we can’t wait to help make your child’s big day extra special at West Coast Academy!

We offer four action-packed party themes to suit all kinds of adventurers:

  • 🧗‍♂️ Parkour Party – Jump, vault, and climb through obstacle challenges
  • 📣 Cheerleading Party – High-energy routines, games, and pom-pom fun
  • 🤸‍♀️ Gymnastics Party – Flips, rolls, and balance beam challenges
  • 🔫 Nerf Battle Party – Team battles and target fun (equipment provided)


💰 Securing Your Party Booking
To confirm your party date, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to the minimum party value. This guarantees your session and allows us to reserve our space and coach just for you.

  • Gymnastics, Cheer or Parkour Party: £112.50 (covers up to 10 children)
  • Nerf Battle Party: £107.50 (covers up to 10 children)

Your party includes exclusive use of the space, all equipment, and a qualified coach to lead the fun. It’s your time to enjoy, celebrate, and make amazing memories – don’t forget your camera! 📸

Gymnastics/Cheerleading/Parkour

🎉 Party Structure – Gymnastics, Cheerleading & Parkour (Ages 5+)

Here’s what to expect when you book one of our active, coach-led parties:

🕒 Arrival & Setup

  • Families can arrive 30 minutes before the party start time to set up decorations, food, and get ready.

🎈 Party Duration – 1 hour 30 minutes

  • 1 hour of your chosen activity (Gymnastics, Cheerleading, or Parkour) led by our qualified coach
  • 30 minutes for food, cake and a short break – this can take place either midway through the party or at the end, depending on your preference.

🚪 Wrap-Up & Departure

  • We kindly ask that all children and guests leave within 15–20 minutes of the party ending, to allow our team time to prepare for the next event. Thank you for your cooperation!

💷 Pricing & Group Size

  • Base party price: £112.50 for up to 10 children
  • Additional guests: £11.25 per child
  • For more than 15 children, a second coach is required for safety – please notify us in advance.

Nerf Battle Parties

Nerf Battle Parties (Ages 5+) – Action-Packed & Brand New!

If you’ve booked our exciting new Nerf Battle Party, here’s everything you need to know. The party structure follows the same format as our Gymnastics, Cheerleading, and Parkour parties:


Arrival & Setup

  • Families may arrive 30 minutes before the party start time to set up and get settled.


Party Duration – 1 hour 30 minutes

  • 1 hour of epic Nerf battles and team challenges
  • 30 minutes for food, cake and a short break – this can happen halfway through or at the end of the session, whichever suits you best.


Wrap-Up & Departure

  • Please ensure all guests leave within 15–20 minutes of the party ending, so our coaches can prepare for the next event. Thanks for your cooperation!


Pricing & Group Size

  • Base price: £107.50 for up to 10 children
  • Additional guests: £8.50 per child
  • For over 15 children, a second coach is required – please inform us in advance.


Safety & Equipment

  • Eye protection is compulsory.
     You are welcome to bring your own or hire our Nerf Package for £50, which includes:
  • Nerf blasters
  • Foam darts
  • Safety goggles for all players


Final Confirmation
 Please call us 2–3 days before your party to confirm your final numbers. Let us know if any attending children have additional needs, so we can ensure the session is inclusive and tailored to everyone’s needs.
