Today marks a truly special moment for West Coast Academy CIC as Lady Red takes to the floor at their first ever European Summit in Lisbon, Portugal.

Competing at 2:02pm, the team will perform alongside some of the best cheerleading teams from across Europe, representing not only West Coast Academy but also the UK on one of the sport’s biggest stages.

Reaching the European Summit is an incredible achievement and the result of months of dedication, hard work, fundraising, and unwavering support from families, friends and coaches. Every training session, every challenge overcome and every milestone reached has led to this moment.

For many of the athletes, this will be their first experience competing internationally – a memory that will stay with them forever. Whatever happens on the competition floor today, the team has already achieved something remarkable by earning their place at this prestigious event.

Everyone back home will be cheering them on as they step onto the mat and make history for West Coast Academy.
